EvE Photobooth is not liable for any injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings during the use of our services and equipment. All guests using our photobooth do so at their own risk. By participating, clients and guests grant EvE Photobooth the right to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your event date. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

By booking with EvE Photobooth, you agree to the following terms and conditions: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the full balance payable at least 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable and non-transferable. Our packages include a fixed service duration, and any additional hours will be charged at RM100 per hour, subject to availability. Clients are responsible for providing adequate space, shelter, and a power source for setup. We reserve the right to use photos and videos taken during your event for promotional purposes unless a written request is made prior to the event. EvE Photobooth is not liable for delays, equipment damage caused by guests, or issues arising from unsuitable venue conditions.
